1. How do I register to receive aid from Foodbank Victoria?

• Unfortunately, Foodbank Victoria is unable to directly assist indivduals as we distribute to registered organisations that provide emergency relief to the community. If you require emergency relief, it is best to contact your local council and they will be able to direct you to assistance providers in your area. 3. Can I choose what and how much food I receive?

• Yes, each day we upload a product order form onto the agency homepage. You will be able to access this page after you have registered and been given an agency log in.
• The product order form contains a full list of stock in the warehouse that day and, where items are not limited by short supply, you can request as many or as few items as you require.

4. Do you deliver?

• Only to rural areas in quantities over 1 pallet load (approx 30 cartons). Metropolitan agencies are required to pick up items from our Yarraville warehouse using their own transport. For a detailed map click the contact us tab in the left navigation bar.
